A four-tape looping instrument that falls apart while you play it.

Getting started

Record a loop: Tap a tape to open it, then tap RECORD (or the centre of the empty ring) and allow microphone access. Tap again to stop.
Layer another pass: On a tape that already holds a loop, tap OVERDUB to record on top of it.
Shape a tape: Every control is a drag between two words — no numbers. WARMTH, DUST, WOBBLE, TONE, DECAY, and each tape's own SPACE (echo + reverb).
Age it: Tapes wear as they play. Pull DECAY toward "dying" to speed it up; "reset decay" starts the aging over while keeping your settings.
The Room: The shared master space — one reverb, echo, and glue over the whole mix, plus a global decay for all tapes at once.
Bounce & save: Use the record dot to capture the mix to a shareable file, and save whole setups as sessions.

Why does it need the microphone?: Solely to record audio into your loops. Recordings stay on your device.
Does it collect any data?: No. Nothing is collected or sent anywhere. It works fully offline.
My loop keeps degrading — is that a bug?: No — that's the whole idea. Tapes wear permanently as they play. Use "reset decay" to start a tape (or all tapes) fresh.
